MS Teams - Chat with me in team's

Question

I would like to add the hyperlink link in my outlook as a Chat with me in teams. But when i am giving the link https://teams.microsoft.com/l/chat/0/0?users=<someone@ssss .com>;

then non of user able to chat with me when they click on hyperlink, it showing them Need to give email address, which i already provided in that link.

Please help !

Have you tried:

https://teams.microsoft.com/l/chat/0/0?users=******@ah.nl

You don't need the <>; in the hyperlink.
