Please i need your help on this issue.
We have a user who is experiencing a Frequent call drops in Teams connectivity, both from end users home PC and laptop in the office.
We had a look at the teams portal myself. I can see where the user dropped from the calls, but it doesn't state any packet loss. In fact it states the connection is 'good' so I'm not sure what the problem could be.
