Sharepoint site mysteriously dissapeared, does not apepar in the deleted sets

My SharePoint site disappeared and does not show up in the deleted items. When I go to SharePoint admin it shows up in the active sites list. When I click on the site in that list to see its properties the side window shows up with grey lines as if its loading and does not change and show information about that site.,

How can I fix this?

    Do you work with Sharepoint Online or on-premise? What happens when you try to open this site using direct url in browser? Did you try to open it using another user account and another browser?
