Access Microsoft Certification

Question

I had completed the certification for AZ-900. When registering for the exam I had used my work email through PearsonVue. I passed the certification and received a confirmation mail in my work email. When trying to access the certificate I am unable to locate it. The Microsoft Certification ID is 992612278. Is there anyway that this can be provided as all steps that I have taken thus far to retrieve it have been unproductive?
