Merge MCID for Microsoft Learn Account

Dear Support Team,

On my email gurdeep.saffronschool@Karima ben .com, there are two MCIDs shown on different sites.

Earlier I had already merged them both to show my certifications under my profile. but now again it's showing a different MCID on my Microsoft Learn Profile and my certifications are not showing on my Learn profile.

Please Merge both MCIDs so that I can see my certifications under my Learn profile.
All my certifications are under MCID :17682752
