How to syncronise Project Online on project.microsoft.com with Project Online Device Client Locally in Computer

Question

I am happy using Project online on project.microsoft.com separately online and project locally on Project online Device client in Local computer. But wanted a synchronized feature to use all the projects in both the ways.

Because I wanted to share the project with others for updating the tasks.

Mine is a small home office kind of setup hence can't afford license for all. I have one license through which I am creating the tasks for the project to be completed and the team members can just update their tasks they were assigned to without a dedicated license.
