Hello,

Packages are not downloading during the OSD. It prompts the below error.

Kindly help to fix the issue.

    Hi,

    The error code 801901f7 means "Service unavailable". Please help check the following options:

    1,There is no anti-virus software to block the downloading.

    2,You have distribute the packages to your DPs.

    3,You have correctly configure the boundaries and boundary groups. And associate correct DP/MP with the boundary groups.

    Similar thread for your reference. The result is that the anti-virus software is causing the failure.
    OSD failed: HTTP result : 503
