How to get Azure function using subscriptionId?

3 years back created azure function and used and hosted in website.
Now we have to move that from TLS 1.1 to TLS1.2.
But not able to figure it out how to retrieve that.
Please help me on this.

When you mentioned "get Azure function and not able to figure it out how to retrieve that" do you mean that the function is not visible on your subscription, or do you mean you want to get the function deployment code, or do you want to retrieve the function app details using the subscription ID?
