how to deploy Microsoft Ofiice online server for multi-tenanted saas web application, through azure.

Hello,

We are builidng a Saas product for legal professionals, we need to enable users to create, edit & track changes in their stored word documents/ docx files, through a browser. My understanding is that, it will be possible by integrating Microsoft Online server. We plan to use azure for our cloud services. Could anyone give me details of how to depoy MS office online, and any prerequisites for such a deployment, or any licenses that I need have to enable the integration. We have been struggling with this, any help would be greatly appreciated.
