Hi Noah, what a fun subject!
    Assuming your talking about Azure/O365:

    • Consider the E5 and Azure P2 licenses - review all of the security related features and learn basically what they do.
    • install an EDR like Defender for Endpoint on ALL your workstations and servers, and enable blocking mode.
    • Note that the licensing may seem pricey but it scales based on number of users, servers, resources etc. And security isn't free.
    • In Azure search for 'Defender for Cloud' - it will give you a ton of recommendations about what needs to be fixed in your security posture.
    • Login to https://security.microsoft.com - again the dashboard will present you a ton of recommendations for what to secure.
    • Use PIM - Privileged Identity Management - this locks down all admin access and limits the time a user is allowed admin access.
    • Use Conditional Access - this limits who/what can login to Azure/O365.
    • Keep asking questions here!
