CertiPort exam not showing in Microsoft transcript

Hi

I have completed my AZ_900 through certiport last year using the account - maverickvijayg@Stuff .com. And my current Microsoft account username is vijay6800 and the email vijay6800@Stuff .com and my MCID 990997812.

So I want to merge these certiport certificate with my vijay6800 microsoft account.

Please support.
