Deleting files for clean up

Can i delete the files located here

C:\Users\XGaming Systems\AppData\Local\Packages\AppleInc.iCloud_nzyj5cx40ttqa\LocalCache\Local\Logs

are they only log files?

theres one that is 3 gig!!

Do you need more free space on the disk drive?
Or is your question only specific to the displayed file?
Are there options to install a larger disk drive?

Just a disk cleanup, theres a couple of gig i can reclaim

Yes , it is safe to delete log files of this Apple application as it contains only log files.
