One user is facing Outlook Disconnecting issue from Exchange onpremise.
That's impacted only one user, therefore guess it's not coming from Server performance.
Would you please tell me the powershell command to check with the user's mailbox connection status and health?
It's done as follows.
reconfigure Outlook profile
Outlook Autodiscover connection test.
safe-mode launch
