RAM usage issue with .NET 7

Whenever I do basically anything with .NET 7, the console starts using all my RAM and effectively kills my PC. I tried to do the following list of actions:
-Editing C# code
-Creating a console app
-Running an existing console app
which all ended up in me having to restart my PC to re-gain control.
I don't know what else to say about this. I will provide information upon request if the reason for the request is stated.

I still recommend that you use .NET 6.0. If you still want to use .NET 7.0, and want to solve the problem. you could sumbit the issue in Developer Community about .NET.
