Hi,
I am able to turn on developer mode but when I try to turn on device portal or device discovery, the toggle button immediately toggle off.
I had also installed the latest version of sdk and the problem is still not resolved.
Appreciate for all your help!

Yes I've came across the thread but it still doesn't resolve my issue as I'm using activated windows 11 pro
