Hi

I am getting a port requisite error saying that there is no rule for RDP while there is one!

Also, as owner of the another VM3 that was created from a disk snapshot, no RDP prerequisite issues are listed while for a granted user access to the resource, it is giving same above error.

Any suggestions please?

    Hi @rainbow_guy
    You are trying to use JIT to connect to the VM, and to connect you need to select a "request" before trying to connect

    reference:

    @Jackson Martins Thanks for all the precision.

    Yes, I know we need to request JIT but for my other VM, this error does not show up even before requesting JIT. It gives 3 green ticks

    Also, I am able to login the faulty VM properly after requesting JIT but it disconnects often so I was thinking maybe that error is causing the issue?

    @Jackson Martins I increased the time frame but that does not seem to be the issue as it was already 3hrs

    I think the issue is that the VM is out of disk space! I increased it from 128-256GB and on portal everything is fine but is still 128GB in VM?

    @Jackson Martins
    Increased the JIT time access + resized VM disk size worked. Thanks.
    Not sure how to mark the answer. Maybe you can do it at your end.
