Questions regarding Azure DevOps

Hi, I have some questions regarding Azure DevOps.

My company looks for a new tool to store documentation and share it with others.

We have a few different teams and wanted to share information across these teams. So if each team has its on Azure DevOps space, can it be shared with the other teams so that the others have access to the Wiki etc.?
