Was not bale to Attend the exam due to prerequisites of Prearson

I Team,

My exam was schedule on 22 April 2022, but i was not able to start the test because of the prerequisite of Pearson .
It took me too long to take photographs and competed the pre checks as it was my first time I was not able to manage it properly.

I need to give the exam but I am not bake to schedule it again. Please help me with this I need to give the exam ASAP.
