"Customize Fonts" link is missing in the "Fonts" menu on Mac (latest os/ppt)

The "Customize Fonts" link is missing in the dropdown "Fonts" menu on the Slide Master tab.

Any way to make it display? It is important that I be able to set a theme font.

    PowerPoint for Mac is missing this utility, for no good reason. But you can create font themes manually, they're simple text files. Here's my how-to article: OOXML Hacking: Font Themes

    This is the reason for the UI interface design of PPT for Mac. PPT for Mac does not support creating custom theme fonts. If you are proficient in XML, you can do it programmatically.
