Create Azure SQL VM with 2TB Size

I need to create a SQL server VM but I need 2TB for database.
not sure what I should choose when creating the VM.
I don't need high spec VM,
how can I add more space to the VM during creating?

Here you will find how to add a disk using the portal and then initialize it. Create your Azure SQL VM from gallery then add the disk. Here you will find another tutorial.
