runFullTrust capability problem

I would like to publish my desktop application(WPF). But I have an error with this runFullTrust capability. It was added automatically, I wrote an explanation about it (like its a desktop app, my app doesn’t access, collect or transmit personal data etc.) but still, it says incomplete and I have no idea how to solve this. Or how to create packages again without having any problem.
I would appreciate it if you could help me.
