how to disallow the manual removal of profile in DEP enrolled ios in Intune

Hello ,

Is there any setting available in Intune that block or disallow the removal of profile to iOS devices enrolled using DEP.

    This is set in the Apple enrollment profile you create in Intune by setting the "Locked enrollment" setting to yes. See step 11 at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/device-enrollment-program-enroll-ios#create-an-apple-enrollment-profile.
