iOS Excel Export to PDF Creates Empty Files

Question

Hello,

I am trying to de-paper our organization by uploading files from ground teams directly to a Box account for review. However, whenever I export a spreadsheet as a PDF to the appropriate Box folder, the output is a PDF that takes up 0b of storage and cannot be opened on the original device or a desktop device.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to potentially start troubleshooting or if this is a known bug?
