Lost Subscription Admin Access

The company I work for has an Azure subcription that was handed to us by a contractor a couple of years ago.
Something went wrong in that transfer or after, so now we have no access to that subscription, but the bills are coming to my credit card.
The only information that I have on the subscription is the invoices that get sent to me every month.

Now, the company wants to shut down this subscription, but I'm at a loss to how to do that.

How would I go about getting a support ticket into the Microsoft's system to get some help?
