Outlook on the Web Desktop notification not working for 365 GCC tenants

Can someone with a GCC tenant be so kind as to verify if Outlook on the Web desktop notifications are working?

Ours do not and we have had an MS case open for 2 months.

I'd like to verify if this is not an overall GCC issue as it is starting to look like it might not be just our tenant having this issue.

Hi @rvtdadmin ,
Please refer to the following link to check if the desktop notifications is enabled in OWA.
OWA web push notifications (microsoft.com)
(NOTE: It must be manually enabled on each browser and each device for the user be notified on.)

If it is enabled , please follow the Troubleshooting part in the article to check in turn that notifications in your browser, device are enabled.

Hi,
I noticed that you posted another similar case in QA earlier. Moreover, you have confirmed from Microsoft support that is a bug for your tenant.
Since we can’t test the related setting of GCC tenant, and according to your describe ,this issue is affecting all tenants in your organization, we can’t confirm whether this is an unique issue for the GCC tenant.
So here I submit a feedback to report this issue, you could upvote it to let Microsoft know this information.

If anyone else in the community with a GCC tenant was able to verify they were having the same issue I could report it to MS that it is not just our tenant. That would be very helpful.

After a 3 month long ticket and this getting escalated to the product team we have been told Outlook on the Web desktop notifications are not intended to work with GCC tenants.
There is no documentation and it took that long and escalations to get that response.

This is the response from the escalation team when asking for documentation.
"There really is no documentation that exists regarding this. There are a significant number of small features missing from O365 that are not documented. This feature was not deemed large enough to warrant creating exclusive documentation.".

For us and I would assume for others email notifications are a significant functional feature.
They just told us to leave feedback but GCC accounts are locked out of feedback..
