Corrupted .ARN File

Hello,
My .ARN file will not open and says that it is corrupted. It opens fine on the Windows 10 system that created it but it will not open on the SAME machine when Windows 11 is installed.
How can I correct this condition?
Can I post it here and have it converted toa TEXT file? I have deleted the Windows 10 partition and would rather not install it aagain.
