Hello.

Where to look passwords of users for Global Administrators in Azure Active Directory or I have only option to reset passwords of users?
I can`t find.
Is there some menu or lists, that I can quickly view of passwords (like in Chrome browser) or I have only option to reset or change passwords for users as Global administrator?

    Hi,
As far as I know, you can't take a look at users' passwords, and for security practice, it is better not to be able to do that.
If you are global administrator for instance, you can reset users' password directely from Azure Active Directory.
It will generate a temporary password that should be used for the next login and you will create a new password.

Windows doesn't store passwords by design. This is a huge security risk and therefore you cannot view passwords. I'm not even sure in what situation you would ever need this feature. Windows "hashes" passwords and stores the encoded value. When a user enters a password Windows applies the encryption algorithm to get the encoded value and compares that to the stored value. Hence Windows never really needs the original password.

The correct solution in all cases is to reset a user's password if they cannot remember it. Also force the user to change their password at first logon so they are responsible for it and not you.
