Azure Products by Region shows that Web Apps are now GA for UAE Central region.
When I go to create a new Web App, there is no option to set it to be in UAE Central.
When will UAE Central be available to host Web Apps, and when will UAE North also be available?

To host a web app in UAE, you will need to open a support case to get access to UAE Central. You can open a support case through the portal by following the steps in this documentation.
As of right now, UAE North is planned for sometime this year but this is an estimate not a promise.
