need to remove authenticator from intune login

I have uninstall the microsoft authenticator and turned it off on my account but I still get prompted to get the code for the authenticator when I try to log in to intune how can I get rid of this?

To know our issue better, I would like to collect the following information:

Could you let us know if the MFA is disabled on the user account?

For the Intune login, could you make a detailed description? where we do the login? Is it from one application? If it occurs when login with application, could you let us know if any app protection policy or conditional access policy are applied to our user?

How many users are affected? Did it affect all the users? if it affect with some users, please let us know what are the difference between them.

Please collect the above information and if there's anything unclear, feel free to let us know.

I am using the Intune app and its the first time I try to use the app so no settings were set
I am the only user affected by this

@wayne tracy , Thanks for the reply. From your description, I know the issue only affects with one user.

Here, we suggest to go to Microsoft 365 admin center to check if the MFA is disabled. on your account

Meanwhile, we suggest to try to login the same app on other device to see if we get the same result. Please get a screen shot of the app and let us know what platform we use this.
