cannot open bot in teams

Hello

Please i need your help on this.

We have added the Power Virtual Agents app in Microsoft Teams and created a chatbot named “Are arkivar”.

We have successfully tested and published and shared the bot, however we are facing problems when both creator of the bot and others try to open the chatbot; we are all receiving the following error message: “This app cannot be found”.

We have tried to create other chatbots as well, and we receive the same error message when we try to open them. It therefore seems that this not a problem specific to the bot named “Are arkivar” only, but maybe a problem in our tenant?

    According to your description, this could be because the chat bot is not added in your Teams first or the organization does not allow to add it in Teams.

    In this way, we firstly recommend you contact with your IT admin and check if these apps has been allowed in Teams admin center. You could go to Teams apps > Manage apps to check them. For more details about its steps, you could refer to this article.

    Allow or block Microsoft Power Platform apps for your organization

    In addition, if you have published the bots in Teams, please check you have connected your bot to the Microsoft Teams channel to allow users to chat with the bot in Microsoft Teams.
