Error Code 0x516 Extended error code: 0x0 restrict to single didn't work

Question

Hello,

I am trying to access my remote desktop from a Windows 10 Computer. Whenever I try to log in, I get the following error:

You have been disconnected because another connection was made to the remote PC.

Error code: 0x516
Extended error code: 0x0
Activity ID: {40dfb682-8088-4dbe-9ddf-03f7a26e0000}

When I log in from an Apple computer, it works just fine. I have gone in and disabled Restrict Remote Desktop Services users to a single Remote Desktop Services session, I have played around with the Limit number of connections option, I have enabled Allow users to connect remotely by using Remote Desktop Services... all of it. Nothing works. Please help!

Of note: I am trying to connect to this from a work computer, therefore I don't have admin privileges on the physical computer.
