Hello

Please I need your help on this issue.

When a user is presenting something on Teams or when on a Teams call, he gets a notification regarding the low memory - see attached.

227767-image.png

This notification seems like a false message as he got 16GB of memory installed on his system and the usage was only 40 to 45% during the Teams meeting.

His computer doesn’t seem to be affected by this.

How do we disable this message?

You could start with a restart of your computer or device. This usually fixes the problem. Then like DillonJS said, you could reinstall the app but a restart of the computer usually fixes this problem

    Hi there,

Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams > Open Teams Folder and delete all files in tmp, Cache and GPUCache Folders. After these changes, you should find Microsoft Teams running faster and consuming less Memory and CPU on your computer.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions please let me know and I will be glad to help you out.
