Strange errors when uploading package

The following errors popup after uploading a MSIX Package. The package was generated with the MSIX Package Tool, and exact product specific names have been setup. It is unclear why the online package form suggests names with added random numbers and characters.

The error message has a clear statement about this. The app is expected to be named 1196xxxxpha.ClimateState. But now you are trying to upload an app with a different name. So the package mismatched the app name you reserved in the Store.

I am using MSIX Packaging Tool, and I enter the exact same App names there as I did elsewhere.

The error shows that you are not using the same name that you reserved in the Partner Center. Please check if you are using the wrong certificate. You could also check the let top of the partner center where it will show the correct name of the app.

This is the name in the Partner Center. I do not use a certificate, I don't have one, and this is the first submission.

Well, I can't see the second image. But have you checked the certificate to make sure it is correct? There should be a Product identity selection in the Partner Center for your app and you could see the publisher and you could check if that matches.

Okay, thanks for pointing me to the Product identity selection. The names there are different, and I now adjust the package.

Where do I check the certificate, since I did not yet created one. Do I need to create a certificate?

Just try to use the correct publisher and try again. Let's see if this is the problem first.

I was now able to submit the package, only a warning, 'Package acceptance validation warning: The following restricted capabilities require approval before you can use them in your app: runFullTrust.'
