Clickonce app execution error

My 10 year old c#.net application is recomipled in Vs2022 and is being in use at few places correctly except at one place where its a windows server 2012 ver 6.2 (build 9200).
the moment application icon is clicked following error is shown.
how can i solve this problem ?

2022-08-05T09:24:40.757+00:00 @Sushil Agarwal , thanks for the feedback, the error has stopped working may due to many errors, you could check the logs in the event viewer to know what happed when you meet the above problem.
Then, you could refer to the Troubleshooting Specific Errors in ClickOnce Deployments to analze the correspond error.
