I can't type simbol plus on my hardware keyboard, neither my virtual keyboard, after upgrading to WIndows 11

Helo, when i'm upgrading to WIndows 11, i got a problem when i can't type plus simbol which is like this: +

i know when i'm using keyboard, i need to hold shift and press this = symbol to get plus. But it can not type the symbol. other symbol is working on keyboard, such as !@#$%^& but only symbol plus can't type.

at first, i was thought it was a problem with my hardware, but when i checked it again with Virtual Keyboard, i type plus on it, it can't type the plus symbol. Why this happen?

i'm already try to find the update of windows 11 that cause the problem, clean boot, using restoro software, even deactivated game modes, toublehousting the keyboard, uninstalling and reinstall the keyboard drive, have no luck since than.

i hope someone can help. i don't want to type plus syimbol using copy paste from other website

I am on windows 11 Home.

Visual keyboard signals the plus key was pressed but doesn't actually display/register it in the text box

for full size keyboards, the plus sign near the numpad works

for 60 percent keyboards, press shift plus =, doesn't work

online keyboard tester also signals the plus key as being pressed, but doesn't register/display it in the textbox Some help on this would be appreciated.

Hi there,

Can you try downloading third party keyboard apps and check if you can type the symbol ? By this we can identify whether it is an Bug or OS issue.
