Problem with DataGrid control v 6.0 in Excel 2016

Hello boys and girls,

I would like to use DataGrid control version 6.0 in my MS Excel 2016 VBA UserForm - see images below. I downloaded OLD component MSDATGRD.OCX from VisualBasic 6 (+regsrv32) but my Excel VBA shows me suspicious error when I am trying to place the datagrid to userform:

"Subject has no trust for this operation"

What I have to do now ? What is wrong ?
