Unable to activate Visual Studio Professional. Error message: "You have entered an invalid product key."

Hello,

We recently (06/17/2022) renewed a Visual Studio Professional subscription through https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. However, upon trying to activate the product now, we are receiving the error message below. The product key being used is the one sent to us through email on the same date as the renewal.

Error message: "You have entered an invalid product key."

Is there a way to check if the product key is still valid? Or activate the product.
The version installed is Visual Studio Professional 2022, which was downloaded from the portal after the renewal of the product but is now inaccessible.

We hope to get a response on this issue soon. Thank you in advance.
