I can find "enter full screen" option in "..." when other people share their screen in microsoft teams before, so that can look clearly other's screen, but now can't find this option in teams. Could you pls help to solve, Thanks.
What is your Teams client version?
I tested in version 1.3.00.24755(64-bit). The full screen feature is recovered. It recommends you update your client to the latest version. Then, try again.

Thank you very much for your answer. My version is 1.3.00.24755 (32-bit) but still can't find "full screen" tab. Is it need some time to update in 32bit version maybe?

There is a workaround that uncheck the option to "Turn on new meeting experience" in Settings->General->Application. It needs to restart the Teams client before take effect.

what about teams in the browser. Has "full screen" seriously been removed from the browser version?
please add real full screen this way not really good at all

I too am having the same issue.
Its really disappointing to look at screen shared in tiny window
I would like to have it in full screen mode like its there for webex
Require full screen option and access to the same with minimum possible clicks (preferably through 'double click' only)

Looks like the Full Screen mode has been removed, there is now Focus Mode which is similar, you can read more about it over at this thread:

Thank you very much for your answer and Focus is just let it bigger than before but still not an alternative to full screen.
