Email developer dashboard not working

Question

I've been trying to access the developer dashboard for the past few days using the below link. https://outlook.office.com/connectors/oam/publish

However, everytime I go to that URL it gives me the below error (redirection to https://outlook.office.com/connectors/AuthFailure).

I have tried clearing my cookies, signing out and in again, as well as incognito mode. Nothing seems to work.

Please assist.

Based on my test on the website you provide, i cannot access it too. And based on my research on developer dashboard, i found an article and clicked on the link, but still the issue.
