Cannot log in to Connector Developer Portal

We can no longer log into the Connector Developer Portal.
According to this page, we need to log into the portal to configure and manage connectors we're building: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/actionable-messages/connectors-dev-dashboard

Visit the Connector Developer Portal and login with your Microsoft 365 credentials.

We are trying to sign in with a Microsoft 365 account which has a valid Microsoft 365 Business Standard license.

This used to work, but now we're getting this error every time:

:-(
Something went wrong while authenticating.
Either your session is expired or third party cookies disabled in browser.

We have tried several Microsoft accounts and on Chrome, Safari, Edge. The error is always the same.

We have built a MS Teams app and the connector is used for a bot.

    All, the product team is aware of this issue and currently investigating. Will update this post when more information becomes available.
