How to use IoT Device Update for IoT Hub with az command or REST API

I would like to update firmware on IoT Device Update for IoT Hub via az command or REST API.

I checked this document, but it only describes the operation via the portal screen.

Is there a page that guides me on how to perform firmware updates via az command or REST API?
