ACCESS code not working with change in OS

Question

I have a new computer that is on OS 10. The Access application that was developed and used on old computer with OS 7 does not work properly now. The queries work okay but when I run the code associated with a form nothing happens. The code transfers the query data to an Excel spreadsheet. I have checked the dynamic libraries associated with the code and I have the same ones as a co-worker on whose computer the code works. I know there must be a file missing or not with the correct version but don't know what else to check.
