Thank you for your post. KB50096245 and KB5009595 has not been installed. So the system has not been updated to January 11.2022.
For previous patches there is an known issue with lsass.exe causing reboot. If we installed KB5010794 failed. Please tried to install February 8,2022 KB5010419 to check.
Before we install KB5010419, we need to install the SSU KB5001403. We could download these updates from microsoft catalog website.

Meanwhile, if the issue happened recently, some applications may also could have an effect. I suggest that we could perform a clean boot. To avoid some third party software and service effection.
