Outlook for Mac (16.63) Cannot add Signature

Hi there,

I am trying to add a signature and when I click on the plus nothing happens.

I have created it on the outlook WebClient signature, but the local client doesn't let me.

Is there a chance as well to synchronize the signatures?

Any tip is highly appreciated.

Cheers,

    Hi @Michael B ,

According to my search, I found that this is a recent known issue: Can't create new signatures in new Outlook for Mac and existing signatures are missing

To workaround, here are the steps for your reference:

Help Menu > select Revert to Legacy Outlook.

    Select cancel on re-entering passwords.

Slide toggle to go back to New Outlook.

    Restart computer.

Thanks, it worked, even it didn't ask me for a password, but for "adding another account" I canceled this one. Had to find the "toggle" as well. Upper right corner. Restarted and it worked.

    Thanks again.
