Hi, I have the azure administrator associate and I just passed the az 400 (Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions). But I still haven't received the expert badge. How long does it take to receive the seal?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
