Compliance Data for Application Deployments Does Not Show Until MP is Rebooted

Within the last month or so we noted that compliance data for application deployments was no longer showing in the MECM (CB 1902) console. We waited 3 or so days after deployment creation and all assets were still listed as Unknown, with the Client Check Passed/Active status. We attempted some client side troubleshooting, including a reboot, etc. but there was still no data being reported. The application shows as installed in SW Center, so nothing seems wrong on that end.

The only "fix" we have found to work is rebooting the MP/Site Server fully. Service restarts did not seem to be enough. I suspect backed up inboxes possibly, but my Googling did not reveal which logs I need to be focusing on.

Any pointers anyone can offer on this before I open a call?

    Hi @Bryan Powell ,

Please review the CcmMessaging.log to see if there is any error between the communication between the client and management points, and review statmgr.log and MP_Ddr.log to see if the writing of messages from the MP to the database complete successfully.
