Certification Renewal

Hi Team, my certification expired couple of weeks back, I was not able to get a chance to renew it because of some technical issues. Is it possible to have a extension provided for renewal please?

    I have missed to renewal my certificate for emergency reason , can you help how to renewal this certificate
