By inserting 10 square boxes from symbol and applying glow effect (18 point Blue, asset colour 1) on it and then convert the file to pdf it do not applies the glow effect on some places 228815-doc6.pdf

Can you tell me which version of Office are you using?
On test environment with Microsoft 365 Apps installed (Version 2207, Build 15427.20178), this issue is not reproduced if I save the document as a PDF.

Is the display issue in the original Word document, also, or just in the PDF?
How are you converting the document to PDF?
Original Document is fine when converting it to pdf using save as pdf issue arises. Same issue when converting online
Which version of Word are you running? And which operating system?
Here, converting to PDF in Word 2021 for Windows by using Save As ignores the glow formatting completely.
However, printing to PDF does work. You could try the PrimoPDF virtual printer / PDF converter.

If installing Office updates does not work, I suggest you take a screenshot for this .pdf file that created via "Printing to PDF" with us.
