MCT Provision

Question

Hi There,

I being through the Azure-Trainings as well as certification simultaneously based on my enthusiastic energy. While passing through, I thought why cannot share this explored pedagogy to newbies. So, as I currently hold Az-900, DP-900, Az-104 to reach Data Engineer and Scientist level.

Is it mandated to be trained to from external vendors else, MS Trainings alike of (Az-900, DP-900, Az-104 certified) enough?
To have MSDN account, is this MCT to be successor of it, would you please clarify this point, too?

To let you know, I gone through the related threads posted in this same forum but did not find suitable answer to my question.
