Hi,
my AAD and AD sync is as usual but since my AD VM is corrupt, I can't get the AD schema back. Also I can't modify the on-premise account in admin portal unless i disconnect the AAD and AD. How can I get disconnected in order to get the on-premise account controllable?
it is better that the AAD team just initialize my AAD account so that i can quit this mess.
Please create an Azure support request to better address this issue.

they just call me to post the request here so that the "backend team" can handle my request. but none of them contacted me.
